• Located on the mls listing under "Supplements" Section. Click on it and download the contract.
•  If you are asking for seller paid closing costs- put it on the first page section D3  under "Additional Financing Terms"
• If you are asking for anything additionally, put it on page 6 section #28 under "Other".

2.)     Fill out the "Offer Worksheet"     (NO EXCEPTIONS)

• Located on the "Supplements" section on the mls listing page. Or at www.REOFORMS.net

3.)     Always FAX offers to 1-888-316-3507

4.)    Make sure you Submit  REQUIRED Forms/Disclosures ONLY:

• Wachovia Purchase Contract
• Offer Worksheet-Filled out
• CAR BIA form
• CAR Agency Disclosure
• Pre-qual Letter from a direct Lender (contact us if you would like our preferred lender)
